Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Most orders arrive 5-8 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous states. Shipping rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can make it right.
Products & Materials
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Many of our pieces feature natural materials and handcrafted details, meaning slight variations in color, texture, veining, or finish are part of their unique character.
Can your collections be mixed together?
Absolutely. Our collections are intentionally designed to layer seamlessly together for an elevated, collected feel.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We’re happy to make your Villa Bodrum order gift-ready. Gift wrapping is available for $7 and includes our signature Villa Bodrum packaging for an elevated finishing touch.
